This is the group blog of Northeastern University’s Summer Dialogue in Japan. For the month of July, students will be exploring the biology of food and food culture in Japan, and sharing our experiences here. Along with biology professor Dr Jared Young and writing professor Susan Ito, we will be learning about food and food culture. Each student will have two opportunities to do a blog takeover to share what we are learning and eating!
